Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of an incorrect product being shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the tag has been misplaced for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on info@xinlifestyle.in
You will need to follow the steps below to return a product(s) online by visiting www.xinlifestyle.in
Access My Account and click on My OrdersSelect the Order number which you wish to return and click the Return Item panel appearing on the lower end.We will have your product collected within 3-4 days of placing your request from the address in our records.Place your return in its original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories and packaging is included.Pack the items to be returned and secure with tape.Do not forget to enclose a copy of the invoice for us to trace the order details.Mention our warehouse address mentioned in the lower end of the invoice on the package before handing it over to the courier service. Please keep the courier receipt after handing over the sealed packet of the product you wish to return.

On receipt of the returned product, ' XIN LIFESTYLE' will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim, once the returned product has undergone a satisfactory quality check by our team. Please note that no refund of the courier expense incurred will be done in case the product is returned using a personal courier.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund
All garments can be exchanged within 15 days for an item of the same or higher value for free. An item can only be exchanged if sent back to us in perfect condition, unwashed and with the labels intact. In the case where an order being exchanged has been paid for online, and if the garment being exchanged is of a value higher, we will send you a payment link to cover the additional cost of the garment.
Note - Accessories/ Innerwear can not be exchanged.
